Job Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this onsite contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional service to employees and visitors. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and contributing to a welcoming and efficient work environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring a detail-oriented and courteous front desk experience
  • Organize and schedule office meetings, including booking conference rooms and managing calendar invitations
  • Handle expense reporting and procurement of office supplies to maintain seamless operations
  • Assist in creating and distributing weekly digests and monthly newsletters to keep the office informed
  • Coordinate and manage on-site events, including setup, teardown, and supply delivery
  • Monitor and address janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed to uphold office cleanliness and functionality
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure prompt delivery of services and goods for the workplace
  • Follow established security protocols, including issuing visitor passes and maintaining building safety
  • Provide solutions to inquiries or complaints from employees and guests in a detail-oriented and service-oriented manner
  • Support onboarding processes for new team members and ensure all necessary resources are in place

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven experience in a customer service or concierge role within a corporate environment
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
  • Ability to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events
  • Familiarity with expense reporting and office supply procurement processes

Nice to have

Experience with Campaign Logic software is a plus but not required
