Roku, the innovative streaming company, is looking for a Workplace Services Coordinator (Fixed Term) to support our Mexico City office. We are seeking someone who is proactive, confident in their abilities, detail-oriented, and a strong office management generalist across all areas. Job Responsibility
Be responsible for reception, visitor registration, and welcoming employees and guests to the office.
Deliver a consistently exceptional workplace experience, including office presentation, snack provisioning, and lunch program coordination.
Coordinate with IT to triage and route workplace technology and AV needs.
Escalate IT issues and help ensure on-site follow-through.
Serve as the point of contact for Workplace Services, proactively raising and resolving front-line workplace issues through an online ticketing system and communicating status updates effectively.
Maintain general familiarity with security access control systems from an administrative, technical, or operational standpoint.
Work closely with the Global Security team, follow direction, and coordinate in real time to resolve access card issues and support building manager related needs.
Support Roku security operations, including events and coordination with HR on office, employee, and landlord security matters.
Plan and support events, team functions, and general meetings.
Liaise with the building manager on facilities-related issues.
Manage vendor relationships and support office services as needed.
Coordinate and assist with deliveries to and from the office.
Provide support on additional duties as assigned by the Sr. Manager, Workplace Services.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in office management, facilities, workplace services, or a related field.
Experience working in organizations experiencing growth.
A high level of self-motivation, persistence, dependability, and self-sufficiency.
The ability to quickly assess situations, identify trends or gaps, develop insights, and propose solutions.
Excellent spoken and written English.
The ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
