Job Description:

We are looking for a Workplace Experience Ambassador to join our team in Overland Park, Kansas. In this role, you will ensure that building spaces are well-maintained and set up to create an exceptional experience for employees and visitors. This position requires a strong focus on customer service and collaboration across various teams. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. 100% on-site. Requires you to be on your feet during the day and not just at a desk.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external visitors, ensuring a welcoming and attentive environment
  • Manage front-of-house services, including directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Organize and oversee the physical setup of meeting rooms and event spaces, including arranging furniture, signage, and equipment
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of room bookings and event calendars
  • Assist with other facilities-related tasks and services as needed to support the team
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Ensure all building spaces meet cleanliness and functionality standards
  • Respond promptly to requests and resolve issues to enhance the overall workplace experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Self-motivated and efficient, with a confident approach to handling daily tasks
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and represent the department professionally
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using PC platforms and managing daily activities digitally
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-4 years of experience in reception, concierge, or a related field

Nice to have:

Hospitality or catering experience is preferred
