This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming, organized, and high-touch experience for employees, visitors, and clients. You will serve as a key front-of-house presence, helping daily operations run smoothly while maintaining a service-driven and hospitality-focused environment.
Job Responsibility
Welcome employees, guests, and clients with a courteous and attentive approach that creates a positive first impression
Oversee reception activities, including visitor sign-in, front desk coverage, and general lobby coordination throughout the day
Arrange meeting spaces by confirming bookings, checking room readiness, and supporting setup needs before scheduled gatherings
Conduct routine workplace walkthroughs to monitor presentation, stock levels, cleanliness, and shared-space organization
Provide hands-on support for meetings and office events, including coordination with catering and other service providers
Work closely with facilities staff, building contacts, and external vendors to address office issues in a timely manner
Respond to incoming calls, inquiries, and day-to-day requests while balancing multiple priorities with accuracy and care
Help deliver a concierge-style workplace experience by anticipating needs and following through on service details
Assist with administrative and office support tasks such as calendar coordination, documentation, and general workplace procedures as needed
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a reception, hospitality, concierge, or other customer-facing support role
High school diploma required
an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and leadership
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage several responsibilities at once in a fast-paced setting
Clear verbal and written communication skills paired with strong attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
Familiarity with scheduling tools, meeting room booking platforms, or similar office coordination systems
Able to work fully onsite in Toms River, New Jersey and maintain a calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure
