Job Description

We are looking for a Workplace Exp Associate to support daily front desk and office services operations in Arizona. This contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming, organized workplace while assisting employees, guests, and internal teams with a high level of care. The person in this role will help keep office functions running efficiently by coordinating meeting spaces, handling mail and shipments, and providing administrative support across a variety of tasks.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate day-to-day office support activities to help maintain an efficient and detail-oriented workplace environment
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings by arranging room layouts, checking equipment readiness, and restocking necessary supplies
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages while also arranging outgoing shipments as needed
  • Provide front desk and workplace support to employees, visitors, and vendors with a strong customer service focus
  • Complete administrative duties such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and general record organization
  • Track and replenish office and meeting room supplies to ensure materials remain available for daily use
  • Work closely with facilities partners and internal departments to address office needs and support smooth operations
  • Move boxes, carts, and other materials as part of routine office services tasks, including lifting heavier items when required

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an office, front desk, or workplace support setting
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees, guests, and service providers

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience handling administrative support work such as data entry, filing, and document management

  • Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling boxes or carts, including loads of up to 50 pounds as part of regular duties
