Job Responsibility:
Manage schedules and calendars to optimize team efficiency and ensure timely coordination
Handle inbound calls with professionalism and provide accurate information or direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
Organize and oversee workplace events, ensuring smooth execution and attention to detail
Deliver high-quality concierge services to employees and visitors, addressing needs promptly and effectively
Serve as a part-time receptionist, welcoming guests and maintaining a positive first impression of the workplace
Provide administrative support for leave of absence coverage, ensuring continuity in workplace operations
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance workplace functionality
Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote productivity and comfort
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor issues that arise in the workplace
Ensure compliance with workplace policies and standards in all activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in scheduling and calendar management
Strong communication skills, including the ability to handle inbound calls professionally
Demonstrated ability to coordinate events and manage logistics effectively
Experience in providing concierge services or similar customer-focused roles
Previous experience as a receptionist or similar front-facing position
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with workplace operations and administrative tasks
