Lead complete food operations including cafeteria services, pantries, vending machines, kitchens, and micro-kitchens
Manage end-to-end employee transportation services, including night-shift transport

Build strong vendor partnerships by defining and governing SOWs, SLAs, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
Ensure service excellence from all outsourced vendors including housekeeping, cafeteria, pest control, and waste management
Conduct monthly stakeholder reviews with HR and other internal teams
Own and manage ServiceNow tickets related to workplace and facilities operations
Analyze and leverage Mapiq occupancy data to drive space planning, utilization, and workplace strategy decisions
Control and manage the facilities budget, contracts, and vendor commercials
Partner with procurement teams on sourcing, inventory management, billing, invoicing, and payments
Facilitate finance processes related to workplace and facilities operations with a focus on cost optimization and governance
Provide continuous operational support to central and global teams including HR, IT Services, Travel, Finance, Corporate Security, and Global Communications
Act as a strategic partner in driving workplace efficiency, employee experience, and operational excellence
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field
8–12 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or corporate real estate
Strong knowledge of EHS, statutory compliance, and security operations
Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and large-scale workplace operations
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
