Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all workplace and facility needs, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution
Oversee office supply inventory, vendor relationships, and maintenance requests to maintain smooth office operations
Facilitate onboarding and workspace setup for new hires, coordinating closely with HR and IT teams
Manage visitor and meeting logistics, including room bookings, hospitality, and special event preparations
Support compliance with safety protocols, building security, and health guidelines
Streamline office processes through proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams on workspace layout, equipment moves, and company events
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in office management, administration, or workplace coordination (or similar role)
Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Technical proficiency with standard office systems and tools (i.e Word, Excel)
ability to adapt to new technologies
Demonstrated critical thinking, adaptability, and a focus on continuous learning
Ability to manage concurrent priorities and quickly resolve issues under pressure
