We are seeking a Workplace Coordinator to join and support the Foreign Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO) contract. Support onsite teams with operational activities and customer service while providing administrative support across procurement, vendor management, finance, health & safety, and site operations. Enable effective facility management service delivery in a collaborative environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide superior customer service to meet client expectations
Manage work orders through Corrigo for timely completion
Oversee vendor performance and inspect work quality
Support procurement and financial processes
Handle consumables ordering and documentation
Supervise site cleanliness and cleaning coordination
Assist with security clearances and sustainability practices
Conduct safety audits and manage HSE documentation
Support risk management and business continuity
Ensure JLL compliance and follow escalation procedures
