Our client in Pittsburgh is looking for a Workplace Coordinator for a contract to hire opportunity to start 5/26/26. This is completely onsite, 8AM - 5PM. This candidate will be in charge of front desk duties, parking validation and more. Pay $16-18.
Job Responsibility:
Monitoring the front desk and assisting guest with building access, check-in, and supplies as needed
Issue and assist with managing guest badges
Check-in and distribute mail and other packages
Conference room resets and re-stocking
Restocking copy areas with office supplies
Catering Set up and clean up
Beverage restocking and cooler maintenance
Coffee brewer cleaning and condiment restocking
Help with setting up occasional e-recycle events
Help with storage cleanouts and storage re-orgs as needed
Special projects as needed. (ie. Sitting at downtown office when needed, building moves, holiday decorations, etc.)
Requirements:
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, administrative, or office support role
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide courteous assistance to visitors, employees, and vendors
Comfortable handling inbound calls and responding professionally to routine questions and requests
Able to manage multiple tasks at once while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced office setting
Basic administrative skills, including mail handling, supply coordination, and general workplace organization
Willingness to work fully onsite in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Ability to lift, move, or arrange light office and meeting room materials as part of daily support duties.
