Job Responsibility:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including coordinating lunch arrangements and working with vendors
Act as the emergency coordinator for staff during critical situations
Submit and monitor maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution
Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly office environment
Handle employee badging processes and manage desk assignments to optimize workspace usage
Communicate regularly with senior leadership and staff to address operational needs
Coordinate schedules and book conference rooms to support team collaboration
Answer inbound calls and provide assistance as needed
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience in workplace coordination or a similar administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse office tasks
Excellent communication abilities for interacting with staff and leadership
Proficiency in handling schedules, booking conference rooms, and managing facilities
Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
Familiarity with vendor coordination and maintenance tracking processes

Knowledge of badging systems and workspace assignment management
