We are looking for a Workplace Coordinator to support the day-to-day office experience for a retail organization in Boston, Massachusetts. Job Responsibility
Manage incoming and outgoing packages, including domestic and international shipments, while helping ensure timely and accurate distribution
Provide light workplace upkeep and address routine office needs to maintain a clean, functional, and welcoming environment
Organize employee workstation and seating changes, coordinating logistics to support team moves efficiently
Monitor stock levels and replenish office materials, mailroom supplies, snacks, and beverages to keep the workplace fully equipped
Support meeting and event logistics by scheduling conference rooms, arranging catering, and preparing room layouts based on team needs
Assist with space-related requests and help ensure shared areas are set up properly for daily use
Handle tasks that require moving or lifting materials and packages up to 50 pounds as part of regular office operations
Requirements
Prior experience in workplace coordination, office services, facilities support, or a similar administrative environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple daily requests and shifting priorities
Comfortable supporting shipping, inventory control, and meeting coordination in a detail-oriented office setting
Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach when assisting employees, guests, and vendors
Proficiency with common office technology and systems used for scheduling, inventory tracking, or administrative support
Dependable problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
