We are seeking an organized and proactive Asset Coordinator to support workplace operations, space management, and employee experience initiatives for the client's Entertainment and Product Technology team. This role will serve as a key onsite resource, ensuring office spaces operate efficiently while supporting employees, facilities, and workplace projects.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate office and seating plans in partnership with Workplace Experience leadership
Serve as the primary onsite contact for employee workplace needs and office-related inquiries
Manage day-to-day office operations, including conference rooms, common areas, kitchens, furniture, and workplace technology
Maintain inventory and coordinate ordering of office supplies, snacks, and beverages
Partner with Security, HR, IT, and Facilities teams to support employee onboarding/offboarding, access requests, and workspace needs
Coordinate workplace events, meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
Maintain accurate workplace records, documentation, and communications
Support office improvement initiatives and workplace-related projects
Requirements
1–2+ years of experience in office coordination, workplace experience, facilities coordination, space management, or a related field
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams
Professional, customer-service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
