JLL is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to work onsite with our FCDO government contract in Canberra. This role provides comprehensive operational and administrative support to enable effective facility management service delivery across both commercial and residential properties. You will join a dynamic team delivering innovative integrated facility and property management solutions for government operations.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver superior customer service while managing vendor performance and financial processes
Support residential property administration including maintenance coordination and compliance testing
Coordinate staff service requests and maintain electronic property records
Assist with safety compliance audits, incident reporting, and established procedures
Oversee site operations including contractor escorting and cleanliness management
Requirements:
Experience in facilities administration within dynamic environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Proven conflict management and professional communication capabilities
Strong interpersonal skills for client and vendor interactions
Strong teamwork abilities with excellent customer service and vendor management skills
Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced government environment
