As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Job Responsibility:
Welcome clients and visitors with a smile and courteous professionalism
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
Accurately take and relay messages to the right team members
Ensure the office space is organised and well-equipped for all activities
Manage courier services for both incoming and outgoing deliveries
Set up and assist with meeting room equipment
Help with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
