This role will serve as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors while ensuring the office runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and enjoys supporting both people and workplace operations in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support daily workplace operations to ensure the office environment runs smoothly
Serve as a point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors
Coordinate office logistics, workspace setups, and meeting room scheduling
Manage office supplies, inventory, and workplace equipment
Assist with coordinating maintenance requests and vendor services
Support employee onboarding logistics, including workspace preparation and office access
Maintain organized records for vendors, workplace services, and office procedures
Assist with planning and coordinating office events, meetings, and team activities
Ensure the workplace remains organized, welcoming, and functional for employees and guests
Provide general administrative and operational support to internal teams
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in workplace coordination, office administration, facilities support, or operations
Experience supporting corporate offices, tech companies, or professional environments is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and proactively address workplace needs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Nice to have:
Experience coordinating vendors, office events, or workplace services
Familiarity with office management tools, workplace ticketing systems, or facilities coordination
