We are looking for an Apprentice Workplace Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Paris office and contribute to delivering a seamless, people-focused workplace experience. You will work closely with the Global Workplace Manager and a global team to ensure that the office runs smoothly, remains welcoming, efficient, and aligned with our global Workplace standards. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, people-oriented, and eager to learn the fundamentals of workplace experience and facility management in a dynamic, international environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support day-to-day operations of the Paris office to ensure a clean, functional, and welcoming environment
Manage office supplies, meeting rooms, common areas, and workplace equipment
Handle workplace requests and ticketing (maintenance, small repairs, deliveries)
Coordinate with cleaning, security, and facility vendors and follow up on service quality
Welcome visitors, candidates, and new joiners and support onboarding setups
Assist with internal events and local employee engagement initiatives
Process invoices, purchase orders, and support basic budget tracking
Help maintain compliance documentation and support basic health & safety checks
Requirements:
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
Strong sense of service and people-orientation
Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn
Good communication skills (English mandatory)
Ability to multitask and follow processes carefully
Interest in Workplace, Facilities, Hospitality, or Office Management
