We are currently seeking a Workplace Concierge to deliver an exceptional on-site experience and act as the focal point for Facilities Management service delivery. Job Responsibility:
Act as site lead for Anabas FM service delivery
Oversee and coordinate cleaning services
Ensure all FM deliverables are completed to a high standard
Support client operations and maintain strong working relationships
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks as required
Promote and uphold a positive workplace culture
Requirements:
Previous experience in a client facing Facilities lead role
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proactive and solution-focused approach
High attention to detail and commitment to quality service delivery
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities
