• Plan, coordinate, and deliver communication on-site

• Degree and/or experience in Communication and Marketing
• Strong writing skills and ability to tailor messages for different channels and audiences
• Experience with digital communication tools like SharePoint and Microsoft 365
• Basic graphic design skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint
• Good understanding of print formats, screen dimensions, and visual communication principles
• Experience in developing and following up on communication plans and concepts
• Excellent English and Swedish skills, both spoken and written
• Experience in coordinating communication with multiple stakeholders
• Natural relationship builder
