Job Responsibility

  • Warmly welcome clients and colleagues, creating an exceptional first impression
  • Follow visitor management processes and liaise with building reception
  • Set up meeting rooms with layouts, technology, and refreshments
  • Ensure all client and collaborative spaces remain tidy and fully stocked
  • Support office logistics, equipment setups, and minor moves
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, recycling, and environmental practices
  • Report maintenance, H&S, or facilities issues promptly
  • Manage meeting room and car park bookings
  • Handle mail, couriers, printing, scanning, and document finishing
  • Assist with events and new starter onboarding
  • Liaise with IT and other teams to ensure smooth-running meetings
  • Occasionally travel to other locations to support the wider team

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar workplace or client-facing role (ideally in professional services)
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and digital workplace tools
