Job Responsibility:
Warmly welcome clients and colleagues, creating an exceptional first impression
Follow visitor management processes and liaise with building reception
Set up meeting rooms with layouts, technology, and refreshments
Ensure all client and collaborative spaces remain tidy and fully stocked
Support office logistics, equipment setups, and minor moves
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, recycling, and environmental practices
Report maintenance, H&S, or facilities issues promptly
Manage meeting room and car park bookings
Handle mail, couriers, printing, scanning, and document finishing
Assist with events and new starter onboarding
Liaise with IT and other teams to ensure smooth-running meetings
Occasionally travel to other locations to support the wider team
Requirements:
Experience in a similar workplace or client-facing role (ideally in professional services)
Confident using Microsoft Office and digital workplace tools
Strong organisation skills and proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Ability to balance multiple tasks efficiently and professionally
Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability
