We are looking for a Workplace and Facilities Coordinator to join our team of 4 Rapport Ambassadors. Our client is a globally recognised charitable foundation dedicated to advancing science and research. You will be based at the service desk and working alongside the client to ensure a seamless experience for all building users. This role is all about efficiency, highly professional and excellent service. If you thrive in a structured environment, enjoy problem-solving, and have experience using Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems, this could be the perfect role for you!
Job Responsibility:
Manage helpdesk tickets, ensuring they are maintained accurately, actioned and resolved promptly
Follow-up on outstanding requests to ensure completion
Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrange catering as needed
Assist in creating weekly reports on helpdesk activity
Support the reception team with refresher training for holiday cover
Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and enhance service delivery
Provide a warm, professional, and proactive service to all building users
Requirements:

Have experience with CAFM systems and be confident in using them
