Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage a team of cold calling sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and objectives within short timeframes
Conduct extensive cold calling activities to prospect new clients, engaging with them and establishing initial relationships
Effectively manage the entire sales cycle for short-term client relationships, from lead generation to closing deals within a 30 to 60-day timeframe
Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their immediate business needs and aligning our digital marketing solutions, including websites, to meet their short-term objectives
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital marketing
Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement within short-term client relationships
