Job Description

Exciting opportunity for students to join the team with a minimum 20% workload. We value students from diverse academic backgrounds, particularly those with a STEM background. The role involves supporting a department in our Basel office.

Job Responsibility

Support the assigned department(s)
Administrative work such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and reviewing documents for grammar
Contact with internal and external customers and team members
Communicate primarily in English
Assist with organizing meetings and events
Provide general office support as needed

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a university or higher education institution
Fluent in English
German is an advantage
A STEM background (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) is preferred
Proficiency in MS Office O365
Reliability, responsibility, and integrity
Eager to learn, proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented
Professionalism, strong teamwork skills, and effective time management

Nice to have
