Job Responsibility

  • Scanning and copying documents
  • Document archiving
  • Managing and receiving incoming office correspondence (couriers, postal services)
  • Liaising with office-related vendors (Lyreco, Flint, Building Administration)
  • Reception duties at the Nordex Polska Office
  • Ensuring proper document flow
  • Assisting clients and supporting business meetings
  • Providing administrative support during new employee onboarding
  • Assisting with business travel arrangements for company employees
  • Preparing reports and summaries in Excel

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing studies in Management or Administration (1st or 2nd year)
  • Proficiency in the MS Office 360 suite
  • English proficiency at a communicative level (B1/B2)
  • Avaliability not less than 20h per week
  • Willingness to work flexible hours from the office
