We are on the lookout for a highly motivated Working Student to join our Tech Strategy & Operations team on our journey to continuously improve how we monitor, analyze, and support Delivery Hero’s global technology organization. Be part of the team that helps shape how Tech performance is measured and managed across Delivery Hero’s global platforms. In the Tech Strategy & Operations team, you will contribute to high-impact internal tools and reporting systems that provide visibility into financial performance, operational KPIs, and organizational health across multiple tech verticals. Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Product, and Engineering leadership, your work will support the maintenance and improvement of reporting systems that enable data-driven decision making and operational transparency across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the maintenance and updates of internal reporting tools and dashboards used across Tech teams
  • Assist with updating datasets, validating metrics, and ensuring data consistency across reporting systems
  • Help monitor reporting processes to ensure regular updates are completed and data remains reliable
  • Support troubleshooting of reporting issues and identifying inconsistencies in datasets or calculations
  • Assist with maintaining automation workflows connected to reporting tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Product, and Engineering to ensure reporting outputs reflect the latest organizational and operational changes
  • Support documentation and continuous improvement of internal reporting processes

Requirements:

  • Currently doing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Availability of 20 hours per week for 12 months
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with structured datasets
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
  • Interest in data analysis, reporting, or operational analytics
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams
  • Curiosity and willingness to understand how systems and data processes work

Nice to have:

  • Basic familiarity with Python or scripting
  • Experience with dashboards or reporting tools
  • Interest in data automation or operational analytics
