1KOMMA5° is building Europe’s largest one-stop-shop for renewable energy (Solar, Heat Pumps, Charging). You will support the Global Virtual Assembly Line team in scaling our digital ecosystem. Your mission is twofold: helping select and roll out the best software solutions for our international branches, and ensuring our employees are trained to use these tools effectively to deliver an outstanding customer journey.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the rollout of digital solutions across (international) markets
  • Conduct "make-or-buy" analyses, researching software solutions and comparing them against business requirements
  • Develop and execute training programs (e-learning, guides, workshops) for employees using our proprietary software
  • Act as the first point of contact for software-related issues, helping users resolve specific product and tech problems
  • Monitor software usage and analyze key performance metrics to identify technical bottlenecks and suggest specific improvements
  • Work directly with Product, Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure our digital solutions meet local operational needs
  • Manage independent projects, from initial research to final user onboarding

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled at a German university, studying Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable course of study
  • Able to contribute 20 hours per week
  • Solution-oriented, analytical mindset and a proactive attitude
  • Capable of working independently on projects and tasks, willing to take ownership
  • Passion for renewable energy
  • Effective communicator who enjoys interacting with diverse stakeholders across different regions
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environment and have a drive to get things done
  • Experienced with the Google Suite (Sheets, Slides) and collaborative tools like Miro and Notion
  • Fluency in German and English (C1 / C2) is a must

  • Use specialist experience to provide services, guidance, troubleshooting, support and training to students conducting creative immersive projects or research studies
  • Provide workshops and project support across a range of units and particular guidance will be needed as students develop blended or virtual performance and immersive pieces or need to submit sketches and show the process of design work
  • Proactively engage in academic and pastoral student support procedures, provide direct support and/or making referrals to the wider University support network as appropriate
  • Collaborate with Unit and Programme Directors in the design and delivery of teaching within labs or other teaching space(s)
