Job Responsibility

  • Support Sales Managers in daily administrative activities
  • Maintain and update client data in CRM systems
  • Prepare and update sales documentation, presentations, and reports (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Assist in organizing meetings and client events
  • Conduct market research and prospecting for potential clients
  • Help prepare commercial offers and marketing materials
  • Coordinate email and phone communication with clients under supervision
  • Assist in analyzing sales results and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining records

Requirements

  • Current university student (preferably 3rd year)
  • Previous office or administrative experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Availability for at least 20 hours per week (flexible schedule aligned with studies)
  • Interest in developing knowledge of sales processes and client management
