Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, creative and tech-savvy Working Student to join our Talent Management and L&D Center of Expertise. You won’t just be 'supporting' - you’ll be a core part of the engine room. From helping us build our Functional Academies to exploring the frontiers of an AI Academy, you will help ensure our team has the skills to win in a rapidly changing industry.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the operations of internal functional academies
  • Design engaging training materials and keep L&D and Leadership Hub updated
  • Work with P&O peers to keep employee playbooks current
  • Support the team with practical analysis and record-keeping
  • Support various ad-hoc tasks and special projects

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field)
  • Comfortable analyzing numbers and drawing conclusions from data sets
  • Enjoy making things look professional and structuring a slide deck
  • Friendly, service-oriented attitude with effective communication skills
  • Organized, responsible, proactive
  • Some experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • German is a bonus
