Job Responsibility:

  • Shape the future of learning by supporting operations of internal functional academies
  • own logistics for workshops and external speaker sessions
  • design engaging training materials
  • keep L&D and Leadership Hub updated
  • work with P&O peers to keep employee playbooks current
  • support team with data analysis and record-keeping
  • dive into day-to-day of fast-paced team and support ad-hoc tasks and special projects

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's program (HR, Psychology, Business, or related field)
  • genuine interest in L&D and Talent Management
  • comfortable analysing numbers and drawing conclusions from data sets
  • enjoys making things look professional and structuring slide decks
  • friendly, service-oriented attitude
  • effective communication across all levels
  • organised, responsible, proactive
  • some experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • fluent in English (spoken and written)
