  • Support operations of internal functional academies (logistics for workshops and external speaker sessions)
  • design engaging training materials and keep L&D and Leadership Hub up-to-date
  • keep employee playbooks current
  • support team with practical analysis and record-keeping
  • support various ad-hoc tasks and special projects.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field)
  • genuine interest in L&D and Talent Management
  • comfortable analysing numbers and drawing conclusions from data sets
  • enjoy making things look professional and structuring slide decks
  • friendly, service-oriented attitude and effective communication across all levels
  • organised, responsible, proactive
  • some experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday or Confluence
  • German language (bonus).
