Job Description:

We are looking for a Working Student - Legal (m/f/d) with knowledge of German law to join our Legal team. You will work 20 hours per week and support the team with legal tasks, including legal research, reviewing and drafting lease agreements, preparing letters to the court, and handling various administrative duties.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Legal & Integrity department in all legal matters and in the daily business of contract management
  • Assist other departments in using and handling our Legal Tech applications
  • Analyze relevant legislation and stay up to date with current case law
  • Research legal issues, analyze them, and prepare the results
  • Independently handle various internal and external legal inquiries

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a law program that leads to the First or Second State Examination
  • Initial practical experience or a strong interest in civil law
  • Enjoy and have an interest in Legal Tech applications
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Quick to grasp new concepts and think analytically
  • Work in a solution-oriented, independent, and conscientious manner
  • Team player with enthusiasm for legal topics and a technical mindset
  • Friendly, communicative, and motivated
  • Fluent in German and English
