Currently enrolled (and available for at least the next 6 months) in a law degree program: Staatsexamen, bachelor’s or master’s— ideally with coursework in commercial, corporate, tech, or financial regulatory law

Job Responsibility

Support contract work by reviewing, drafting, and organizing commercial, vendor, and partnership agreements
Assist with legal research across areas such as financial regulation, AML/Compliance, data protection, corporate law, and employment law
Help maintain internal legal documentation, templates, and process checklists
Support regulatory and compliance activities, including monitoring changes in regulations and updating internal stakeholders
Participate in cross-functional projects, assisting Legal in collaborating with teams such as Sales, Product, People, and Finance
Help with legal operations, including tracking deadlines, managing external counsel documents, and organizing internal legal resources
