Working student leadership university

• Support the Campus Management in Hamburg, Finkenwerder, communicating with our internal and external partners and ensuring smooth operations of our leadership products and activities
• Align Hamburg Campus strategy and activities with the Bremen Campus
• Support event organisation for the Hamburg and Bremen area, including conception, design and logistics: coordination of speakers, catering, room bookings, etc.
• Connecting leadership topics with the Airbus business functions

• Enrolled full-time student in the area of Human Resources, Higher Education, Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a comparable field of study
• First practical experience in the field of Leadership and/or Culture Change is desirable
• Fluent in German and good knowledge of English (French could be helpful)
• Confident in G-Suite tools
• Enjoy teamwork, are reliable, communicative and have an independent way of working
