This Working Student IT Service role at BCG offers hands-on experience supporting employees with IT needs in a Microsoft-based environment. The position involves installing and configuring hardware and software, providing user training, and maintaining technical documentation.
Job Responsibility:
Support employees regarding all questions relating to information and telecommunications technology in a Microsoft-based corporate environment
Install, configure, and commission hardware and software components and ensure they function properly
Train and advise users
Document tasks in the ticketing system and prepare technical documentation, instructions, and best-practice descriptions
Support videoconferences both at the client’s site and in-house
Perform logistical and administrative tasks in the IT environment, such as the acceptance and inventory of goods
Work closely with other internal IT functions and external service partners, ensuring the implementation and smooth operation of local, regional, and global IT solutions and projects
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in a field related to Information Technology
Sound knowledge of hardware and software, mobile devices, networks, and the latest Microsoft and Apple products (Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft 365, and cloud services)
Comfortable interacting with people and experience effectively communicating and presenting technical concepts
Excellent Polish and very good written and spoken English language skills
Technological affinity and customer service orientation
Work style characterized by very high standards of quality as well as self-initiative
Talent for coordination, organization, and improvisation, along with a solution-oriented approach
