Job Description

In order to support the Landing Gear Procurement Team, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Working Student. You are a full time student, looking for a working student position and want to get to know the work of a Landing Gear & Hydraulics Commodity Manager. We look forward to you supporting us in Procurement as a working student (d/f/m) with approx. 18 hours a week!

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the team in transversal tasks, consolidating inputs from the different team members
  • Support the commodity managers in the preparation of meetings, documents, required in the daily supplier management
  • Coordination role for the Multi Functional Team meetings
  • Support the commodity managers in the tendering process

Requirements

  • Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of project management, negotiation or engineering, or an equivalent field of study
  • First practical experience in the field of procurement and project management is desirable
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
  • Able to anticipate, assess and mitigate risks
  • Skills in relationship building, team building, empowering, motivating others and conflict management
  • Business fluent level of English, german is a plus

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
