Job Responsibility

  • Employee Recognition: Support e.g the end-to-end process for our employee anniversaries
  • Internal Events: Assist in the planning and execution of internal events such as Health Days, team-building activities, and seasonal celebrations
  • Internal Communication: Create engaging presentations for our internal projects and help draft content that brings our company culture to life
  • Data & Analytics: Support with practical analysis, such as monitoring workplace utilization rates, to help us optimize our office environment and hybrid work models
  • Administrative Excellence: Provide general support on HR projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and processes run smoothly
  • Social Media Management: Coordinate, create, publish and measure our Social Media activity in relation to Employer Branding, mirroring our culture to potential future team members

Requirements

  • Current Student: You are currently enrolled in a University program (Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management, Communication, or a related field)
  • Organizational Talent: You enjoy juggling plates - you are structured, detail-oriented, and don't let small tasks fall through the cracks
  • Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable working with numbers and can draw basic conclusions from data sets (e.g., in Excel)
  • Communication Skills: You have a friendly, service-oriented attitude and can communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint (for presentations) and Excel (for analysis)
  • Language: Fluent in English, German is a big plus
