As a Working Student in Generative AI & Workflow Automation at BCG, you will support the exploration and implementation of AI-powered solutions. This role requires you to be currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s or master’s program in a relevant field, with some experience in AI tools and workflows. You will be responsible for testing, optimizing, and integrating AI solutions, collaborating with the GenAI Transformation Team, and providing technical assistance to internal teams. Strong analytical skills and fluency in both German and English are essential. Basic programming knowledge is preferred.
Job Responsibility
Activation, enablement and solution development: (co-)facilitate local and remote training and upskilling on AI tools
Provide technical assistance to BCG teams to build AI & automation solutions
Support designing and optimizing workflows, including API integrations and prompt engineering
Sparring partner and additional operational support for the GenAI Transformation Team: support preparation of team updates, data reporting and communication
Experiment with and evaluate new AI tools, features, and functionalities
Participate in pilot testing to prepare for new tool launches
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s or master’s program in computer science, data science, business informatics, or a related field
Some experience with AI tools and workflows, ideally including API integrations and prompt engineering
Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar) (preferred but not required)
Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in AI-driven process automation
