In order to support the Central R&T, Airbus Operations is looking for a Working Student for Research & Technology office management (d/f/m). You are a full time student, looking for a working student position and want to get to know the work of the Airbus Central Research & Technology? Then apply now! Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the office of the VP Research & Technology Germany with administrative tasks
  • Prepare presentations, collect inputs and coordinate with colleagues from different departments
  • Work with tools of the Google Workspace (Google Slides, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
  • Collaborating with the Central Research & Technology teams to keep data and documents up to date

Requirements:

  • Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of Engineering, Business Management, Computer Science or an equivalent field of study
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Fast learner with the ability to work independently

Nice to have:

Skills in data processing and analysis, with AppScript, AppSheets or programming experience are a plus
