Job Responsibility:

  • Independently supervising the review of invoice proposals and ensuring that they are correct and complete
  • Creating and sending our outgoing invoices to customers
  • Regularly creating internal reports to provide important financial data for the team and management
  • You manage communication and coordination with the Project Design Team and provide support with questions about invoicing
  • You gain valuable insights into our forecast and budget planning and work closely with the team to support these processes

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing/Communications, Data/Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Interest in sales processes, CRM systems, and data-driven work
  • Initial experience with CRM systems or a strong willingness to learn quickly
  • Structured, meticulous, and analytical approach to work
  • Interest in building and maintaining client-agency relationships
  • Excellent research skills and a keen sense for relevant companies and contacts
  • A strong willingness to quickly learn our team's digital tools (e.g., Google Sheets, presentation and collaboration software)
  • Strong communication skills and an independent and reliable work ethic
