Job Description:

Our passionate marketing team is looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) – Event Management & Marketing (approx. 20 hours per week), based in Munich with regular office presence. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in event management, campaign coordination, content creation, and digital marketing.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support inventory management and ensure the smooth organization of marketing materials
  • Provide operational support to the marketing team in day-to-day activities
  • Assist in marketing projects and take ownership of sub-projects, particularly related to events
  • Conduct data research and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Manage back-office tasks and assist the team with organizational duties

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Based in Munich with regular office presence
  • Strong interest in event management and motivation to contribute to both internal and external events
  • Confident in using digital tools, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
  • Structured, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

Initial experience in event management is a plus, but not required
