We’re looking for a working student in digital graphic design to join our creative team and help bring our brands to life across marketing channels. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and focused on creating high-quality digital assets that patients actually engage with. You’ll work across three brands, designing for social media, paid campaigns, email, and web. From scroll-stopping visuals to clear, supportive illustrations, your work will directly shape how people experience healthcare online. If you enjoy creating, testing, and improving design work that reaches thousands of people every day, this role will give you real ownership and growth.
Job Responsibility:
Design high-quality visuals for paid social, organic social, email, and website placements
Create engaging assets that simplify complex topics into clear, accessible visuals
Work across three brands, adapting your designs to different tones and audiences
Develop illustrations and visual concepts that strengthen our brand identity
Collaborate closely with marketing, content and commercial to bring campaigns to life
Take feedback on board and iterate quickly to improve performance and quality
Ensure all assets are optimised for their platform, from format to readability
Requirements:
Enrolled at a German university (Bachelor or Master), ideally with 1.5 to 2 years remaining studying design, visual communication, or a related field
Have a strong portfolio with a clear focus on digital graphic design and/or illustration
Understand layout, typography, colour, and composition
Be confident using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (After Effects is a plus)
Have a good eye for what works in digital marketing, especially social media
Speak and write in both German and English
Proactive and eager to learn
Detail-focused, but able to move quickly
Open to feedback and keen to improve your work
Curious about trends, formats, and what performs well
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with different teams
