As part of a cross-functional team in the Heartbeat AI domain, you will focus on delivering new hardware integrations for the Heartbeat AI platform, performing actionable data analyses on existing ones and drafting requirements for our software and hardware solutions. In addition you will take an active project management role within the team and support in preparing presentations for the company leadership team and external events

Job Responsibility:

  • Project Management Support: Take an active role in supporting the software delivery process, focusing on rolling out software solutions and gathering requirements. Ensure smooth coordination with local and international teams to address individual market needs and ensure that the team stays focus and on target
  • Data analysis: Own the definition, implementation, evaluation, deployment, and enhancement of data coming from our existing Integrations to improve the status quo and provide visual status updates to all relevant stakeholders
  • Leadership reporting: Ownership of key KPI tracking as well as translating these KPIs and project management updates into presentations for C-level and upper management
  • Innovation Initiatives: Contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team to continuously improve our products and processes
  • Act as a point of contact for our partner networks and OEM partners, supporting efforts to adapt and integrate their solutions with our systems and ensure that things are always running smoothly for our customers

Requirements:

  • Enrolled at a university and can contribute 20 hours per week
  • Studying a relevant degree program (e.g. Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience refining ambiguous requirements and finding your way around in cross-functional teams in a fast pace, interdisciplinary working environment
  • Likes working with large data sets and putting them in clear visualisations to support status updates and progress reports
  • Knows your way around the google office suite and how to abstract complex information for leadership decisions
  • An agile and result-oriented mindset and you consider yourself a team player
  • Comfortable owning tasks and work streams from day one
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English and German (C1 / C2)

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge around the Energy markets, products or ecosystem
  • Knowledge of BigQuery, Looker, Grafana and Notion
  • Experience and interest in climate tech industry
