Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with experienced colleagues across Support and Development to build expertise and explore solution paths
Handle customer requests via our Service Desk and provide clear, reliable support
Reproduce and analyze issues by setting up test scenarios in our internal environments
Support the Customer Support team in daily operations and ongoing improvement initiatives
Gain deep insights into hospital workflows, clinical environments, and the user experience with medical devices and supporting technologies
Requirements:
Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Medical Engineering, or a comparable field
Strong customer orientation, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills
A structured, reliable, and independent working style
Fluency in German (spoken and written) and good command of English
