Job Description

Our Kassel depot is the largest logistics center in Europe and within the Volkswagen Group. It serves as the foundation for distributing over 450,000 genuine parts to more than 170 countries. The Customer Care department, part of Sales and Marketing, is the first point of contact for our global importers when it comes to timely order processing and responding to related customer inquiries.

Job Responsibility

  • Handling and tracking internal and external customer inquiries via MS Outlook
  • Using the SAP system autonomously for inventory and order processing
  • Collaborating with adjacent departments (e.g., procurement logistics, capacity planning, or pricing)
  • Creating and modifying customer orders and tracking them based on customer-specific requirements
  • Communicating with our customers in both German and English (written and verbal)

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Master's program or advanced Bachelor's program (minimum 90 credit points), preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Languages, or a comparable field of study
  • Good to very good academic performance
  • Independent and conscientious working style, reliability, and strong team spirit
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • German and English language skills at B2 level or higher
