Job Responsibility
Handling and tracking internal and external customer inquiries using MS Outlook
Working with SAP to support inventory management and order processing
Collaborating with cross-functional departments (e.g., procurement logistics, capacity planning, or pricing)
Creating and modifying customer orders and monitoring order progress
Communicating with customers in German and English (both written and verbal)
Requirements
Students (including those in a gap year) in business administration, economics, languages, or a comparable field
