Our Customer Care department within Sales and Marketing serves as the first point of contact for our global importers, ensuring the timely processing of orders and handling of related customer inquiries. Job Responsibility

  • Handling and tracking internal and external customer inquiries using MS Outlook
  • Working with SAP to support inventory management and order processing
  • Collaborating with cross-functional departments (e.g., procurement logistics, capacity planning, or pricing)
  • Creating and modifying customer orders and monitoring order progress
  • Communicating with customers in German and English (both written and verbal)

Requirements

  • Students (including those in a gap year) in business administration, economics, languages, or a comparable field
  • Good to very good academic performance
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • German and English language level B2
