Job Description:

You will be joining the 'Cross Programme Management' team, playing a crucial role in supporting the efficient coordination and successful delivery of our strategic, multi-faceted projects and programs across the Connected Intelligence portfolio.

Job Responsibility:

  • Actively supporting the Program Management Office (PMO) in developing, maintaining, and standardizing program processes, tools, and documentation across various projects
  • Assisting in the preparation of regular program status reports, KPIs, and decision-making presentations for senior management and various stakeholder levels
  • Supporting the coordination of cross-functional team meetings, workshops, and steering committees, ensuring clear and efficient communication flow
  • Maintaining and updating key data in our program management tools (e.g., Unified Planning, AD Project, Qlik Dashboard) to ensure accurate program visibility and control
  • Supporting the tracking and documentation of program risks, issues, and change requests
  • Taking on specific project tasks to support strategic initiatives aimed at improving program efficiency and effectiveness within Connected Intelligence

Requirements:

  • Currently full-time enrolled in a higher education institution and preparing for a degree (Bachelor or Master level, preferably 3rd semester or higher) in Project Management, Business Administration, Wirtschaftinformatik, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field
  • Strong interest in Programme/Project Management, PMO activities, and strategic business coordination
  • Very good knowledge of G-Suite (especially Sheets and Slides)
  • Preferably initial experience with common PMO/Agile tools (e.g., Unified Planning, AD Project, Qlik Dashboard)
  • High affinity for numbers, data analysis, and the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
  • Dedicated team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks accurately and independently
  • Discretion and a strong focus on data accuracy
  • Advanced German and/or English (written and spoken)
