Job Description:

Fast and efficient material procurement and provision is a key success factor for Nordex Global Service. Nordex Spare Parts Management, with its approximately 100 employees at the Hamburg and Rostock locations, manages the worldwide spare parts supply for our customers. We are seeking support in SAP & Configuration Management to update the As-built and As-maintained Bills of Materials for our wind turbines, which serve as the data basis for our service department.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monthly maintenance of replaced components and completeness check and update for new systems in the SAP system, including corresponding reports
  • Database maintenance and updates
  • Initial cross-departmental error analysis in the SAP system
  • Support for project managers and IT with data queries for analysis and testing
  • Creation and updating of training materials

Requirements:

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a technical, business, or IT-related field
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of teamwork
  • Independent and reliable work ethic
  • Availability to work in our office in Hamburg regularly
