Drive the Innovation (The Future) Support us evolve TA from a process into a strategic advantage: Enable AI: Test and implement new AI tools to make our recruiting smarter, faster, and more efficient. Optimize the Machine: Refine workflows in our ATS TeamTailor and establish automations that free up time for what really matters – the people. Shift the Paradigm: Support us in moving towards skills-based hiring frameworks and data-driven decision-making. 3. Requirements
Study Psychology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar field
First Tracks: Bring initial experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR management – a passion for the tech ecosystem is a huge plus
