Requirements

  • Study Psychology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar field
  • First Tracks: Bring initial experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR management – a passion for the tech ecosystem is a huge plus
  • Growth Mindset: Embrace a steep learning curve, stay tech-savvy, and always challenge the status quo
  • Winning Attitude: Be communicative, highly organized, and possess the tenacity needed to succeed in a competitive tech market
