In this role, you’ll drive working capital performance across complex financial areas, turning data into impactful insights and influencing decisions that strengthen cash flow, efficiency, and long-term value. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, playing a key role in building a high-performing, future-ready organisation.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the month-end close process across Debt Sale, IFRS16, and TowerCo, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Take ownership of forecasting, developing deep insights into financial drivers and supporting rolling forecasts
  • Analyse performance, identify trends, and deliver clear variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
  • Proactively monitor risks and escalate issues to ensure delivery against working capital targets
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Commercial and Finance, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Influence and guide business partners to drive ownership of working capital initiatives and outcomes
  • Identify and implement initiatives that improve cash flow and optimise working capital
  • Collaborate across teams to streamline processes and deliver efficiency improvements
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  • Strong expertise in financial modelling, scenario analysis, and complex data interpretation
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or HFM
  • Confident in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and drive change across teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, translating complex data into meaningful insights
  • Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoy working across diverse teams
  • Proactive, curious, and motivated to continuously improve processes and outcomes
  • Comfortable navigating complexity while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
