Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Administrator to serve as the functional owner of the platform across the department. This role focuses on driving visibility and predictability through advanced reporting, resource capacity planning, and strategic demand management. The ideal candidate will translate complex operational needs into scalable configurations and governance models that empower leadership decision-making.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and maintain advanced reports focused on resource capacity vs. demand, utilization, throughput, and forecast accuracy
  • Partner with leadership to define and implement role-based and team-based capacity planning models within Workfront
  • Ensure high data quality and consistency to support reliable portfolio planning and executive-level delivery trends
  • Leverage Workfront Planning and Resource Management tools to support forward-looking prioritization and cycle-time analysis
  • Drive consistent usage across the department by identifying adoption gaps and recommending process improvements
  • Create tailored enablement materials, including guides, job aids, and specialized dashboards, while hosting office hours for various user roles
  • Act as a trusted partner to internal teams to translate specific business requirements into functional Workfront solutions
  • Work closely with intake resources and the Marketing Technology team to implement enhancements and manage change
  • Stay current on the Adobe Workfront roadmap and new feature releases to recommend relevant integrations and enhancements

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience administering Adobe Workfront within an enterprise-level environment
  • Demonstrated mastery of Workfront reporting and dashboards, specifically regarding capacity and utilization
  • Strong understanding of resource management concepts, including demand forecasting and multi-functional workflow optimization
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to drive platform goals
