Job Description:

The Enterprise Workforce Solutions Business Analyst will be part of the groundbreaking headcount forecasting, demand and capacity planning firm-wide implementation, contributing to and developing business requirements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies, along with maintaining key business stakeholder partnerships and driving outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

Provide input during development and implementation phases
Develop business requirements and design testing approach, scripts and plans
Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options
Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications
Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements
Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking

Requirements:

6-10 years of experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis
Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis
