You’re comfortable partnering with senior leaders, shaping discussion with evidence‑based insight, and influencing decisions that have real, on‑the‑ground impact. You bring a collaborative mindset and thrive on working with leadership teams to solve complex workforce challenges, always keeping the customer and frontline experience front of mind. You’ll also need   Strong experience in Workforce Planning - forecasting, modelling and workforce management system implementation (UKG Pro or equivalent). Experience operating in complex, multi-site, customer-facing environments (retail, logistics, service networks). A strong understanding of workforce planning trends, technologies and best‑practice approaches. Knowledge of forecasting methodologies, rostering optimisation, automation, and analytics tools that are shaping the shift toward more dynamic workforce planning. Confidence engaging with senior leaders, including GMs, key internal and external stakeholders and influencing decisions through clear, data‑led insight.
